
Punjab's war against drug abuse enters decisive phase with Nasha Mukti Yatra - Health Minister Dr Balbir Singh.

Bhagwant Singh Mann led government has launched a war like campaign to end the evil of drug abuse in Punjab under which police has taken strict action against drug smugglers and Nasha Mukti Yatra has been started to keep the people of Punjab away from drugs. Under which Nasha Mukti Yatra is being organized in every village and every ward of the city of Punjab.

Under which Nasha Mukti Yatra is being organized in every village and every ward of the city of Punjab.
Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Balbir Singh said this today while starting the Yatra in villages Badmajra, Jujhar Nagar and Bahlolpur of SAS Nagar Assembly Constituency along with MLA Kulwant Singh. Punjab Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Balbir Singh and MLA of SAS Nagar Assembly Constituency Sardar Kulwant Singh participated in the Yatra organized in village Badmajra.
On this occasion, the Health Minister and MLA of the constituency administered the oath to the people against drug abuse and said that the Punjab Government led by Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann has started a war against drug abuse. And the government will not rest until it eradicates drug abuse in Punjab.
He appealed to the people to fulfill their duty in making Punjab drug-free. Apart from this, he said that the Punjab Government is providing proper treatment and counseling to the drug addicts of Punjab to get them out of the quagmire of drug abuse and is also giving them vocational training for their rehabilitation.
Constituency MLA Kulwant Singh made people aware against drug abuse in villages Jujhar Nagar and Bahlolpur and appealed to them to cooperate with the government to eradicate the evil of drug abuse from Punjab because only with their cooperation the root of the evil of drug abuse can be uprooted and the youth of Punjab can be saved.
Dr. Sunny Ahluwalia, Mrs. Prabhjot Kaur District President Aam Aadmi Party, Mr. Kuldeep Singh Samana, Mrs. Annu Babbar, Mr. Avtar Singh former Sarpanch village Molibaidwan, Iqbal Singh Chitta Sarpanch Jujhar Nagar and a large number of Aam Aadmi Party workers and local people participated in the rally organized at village Barmajra.
