Police arrest two robbers and one person who robbed houses

SAS Nagar, February 28- Mohali Police has arrested two robbers and one person who robbed houses. DSP City 2 Mr. Harsimran Singh Bal said that Mohali Police is running a campaign against anti-social elements under the leadership of SSP Mr. Deepak Pareek. He said that the Chief Officer of Aerocity Police Station Inspector Janpreet Singh along with SI Rakesh Kumar and other police party arrested two robbers Jasvir Singh, resident of village Manauli and Jaswinder Singh, resident of village Manauli and recovered from their possession the mobile phone stolen from a person named Radhe Shyam near a liquor shop at Airport Chowk on February 25 and the motorcycle used in the incident.

He said that the Chief Officer of Aerocity Police Station Inspector Janpreet Singh along with SI Rakesh Kumar and other police party arrested two robbers Jasvir Singh, resident of village Manauli and Jaswinder Singh, resident of village Manauli and recovered from their possession the mobile phone stolen from a person named Radhe Shyam near a liquor shop at Airport Chowk on February 25 and the motorcycle used in the incident.
He said that Radhe Syam, a resident of Bihar (currently a resident of Sector-83), had written a report that he was going home at 8 pm on February 25 and when he reached near the liquor shop at Airport Chowk IT City, three unidentified motorcycle-borne persons who came from behind snatched his mobile phone. He said that the police party took action and traced these persons through technical and human intelligence and arrested 2 of them and recovered the victim's mobile phone and the motorcycle used in the incident.
He said that these persons steal phones and gold chains etc. from passers-by in the area through motorcycles. Those who have been produced in the honorable court and remanded have been obtained and more important clues are likely to be found from them.
He said that the IT City police station has arrested Jaspreet Singh, a resident of village Bakarpur, district Mohali, in another case. He said that a case was registered in this regard on the statement of Balvir Chand, resident of house no. 953, Sector-66, BIT City, district Mohali. According to the complainant, unknown persons broke into his under-construction house and stole electrical wires, water taps and other iron goods from the house. On which the police took action and arrested 1 person and recovered the stolen goods from the victim's house and the tools used in the incident. He said that the search for his other accomplice is on. The accused has been produced in the honorable court and remanded, which is likely to yield more important clues.
