
Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab and Jugni Innov Foundation Organized Jugaad Mela 3.0 (Inno Fest 3.0)
Hoshiarpur- Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab (LTSU), in collaboration with Jugni Innov Foundation, successfully organized the third edition of its flagship innovation festival, Jugaad Mela 3.0 (Inno Fest 3.0), at its university campus in Railmajra near Ropar. The event served as a vibrant platform to showcase affordable innovations, entrepreneurial ideas, and grassroots creativity from across Punjab.

The event served as a vibrant platform to showcase affordable innovations, entrepreneurial ideas, and grassroots creativity from across Punjab.
The chief guest, Shri Amardeep Singh Rai, DGP (Traffic), Punjab Police Department, inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp. In his keynote address, he inspired the audience to actively participate in such initiatives, emphasizing that India’s youth possess the skills and ideas capable of transforming the nation. He stressed, “We must learn from the teachings of our Gurus and work collectively to bring progress in every field.”
The event was coordinated by Engineer Amandeep Singh, Joint Director, who shared details about the program. Registrar Prof. Bhagwant Singh Satyal warmly welcomed the chief guest and other dignitaries. Dr. Ashutosh Sharma, Dean, USOCM, informed the attendees about the university’s mission and vision, highlighting various initiatives aimed at skilling and empowering the nation’s youth.
Ashish Mehta, Guest of Honour, encouraged young innovators to pursue startup ventures, embracing challenges while underscoring the wealth of opportunities available in today’s startup ecosystem.
Eminent speakers such as Dilraj Singh (CCNAP, Switzerland) and Dr. Manpreet Singh (GRIP) described the event as an ideal platform for networking and growth for creative minds and innovators.
In their remarks, Chancellor Shri N.S. Riyat and Vice-Chancellor Dr. A.S. Chawla praised the impactful initiatives led by Jugni Innov Foundation. The event was attended by senior academic and administrative officials, including Dr. H.P.S. Dhami (Executive Dean), Dr. N.S. Gill (Executive Dean), Vimal Manhotra (CEO), Dr. V.K. Saini (Deputy Dean), Engineer Mandeep Atwal (Deputy Dean), Dr. Amit Sharma (Deputy Dean), and Prof. Narinder Bhumbla (PRO, LTSU Punjab), along with Engineer Kulwinder Singh.

Jugaad Mela 3.0 not only celebrated Punjab’s spirit of innovation but also inspired the next generation of change-makers and problem-solvers.
