
Annual meeting of Rogi Kalyan Samiti of Ayurvedic Hospital held
Una, 7 February- The Rogi Kalyan Samiti of Ayurvedic Hospital has passed a budget of Rs 32 lakh 10 thousand for the financial year 2025-26. This information was given by Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal while presiding over the annual meeting of the committee on Friday. In the meeting, the details of expenditure and income earned by the Rogi Kalyan Samiti on providing various facilities to the patients during the year 2024-25 were discussed in detail.
Una, 7 February- The Rogi Kalyan Samiti of Ayurvedic Hospital has passed a budget of Rs 32 lakh 10 thousand for the financial year 2025-26. This information was given by Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal while presiding over the annual meeting of the committee on Friday. In the meeting, the details of expenditure and income earned by the Rogi Kalyan Samiti on providing various facilities to the patients during the year 2024-25 were discussed in detail.
Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal said that Ayurvedic medical system is an important part of our traditional treatment system. He asked the AYUSH Department Una to take effective steps to provide better medical facilities to the patients so that more and more people can get the benefit of this traditional Ayurvedic system. He also asked to expand the facilities of the patients coming to the hospital and ensure the availability of medicines.
In the meeting, District AYUSH Officer Dr. Kiran Sharma presented the details of the annual report and said that the District Ayurvedic Hospital is providing OPD, IPD Lab, Ayushman Bharat, Himcare facilities to the patients. He informed that the doctors and medical staff of the Health Department are working with constant readiness to provide better facilities to the patients in the hospital.
He informed that in the year 2024-25, from 1 April 2024 to 31 January 2025, a total of 17,400 patients have been treated in OPD. Free tests of 824 patients were done for Rs 3,39,907 through the hospital lab. 3,477 patients were treated in IPD and a total of 228 patients have been treated under Ayushman and Himcare. 757 patients have been treated in Ksharsutra and 2003 patients in Panchkarma.
CMO Una Sanjeev Verma, District AYUSH Officer Dr Kiran Sharma, District Program Officer Narendra Kumar, CPO Sanjay Sankhyan, District Welfare Officer Anita Sharma, Deputy Director Elementary Education Som Lal Dhiman and other officers were present in the meeting.
