Una, 7 February- A meeting was held on Friday at Chintpurni Mai Das Bhawan under the chairmanship of Shri Chintpurni Special Area Development Authority Chairman and Deputy Commissioner Una Jatin Lal to hear the objections and suggestions received related to the development plan of Shri Chintpurni Special Area. In the meeting, 48 suggestions and objections received related to the draft development plan prepared for the planned development of Shri Chintpurni Special Area till the year 2041 were discussed.
During this, all the objectors and suggestors were present and they presented their objections in detail. Mainly, the objectors raised the issue that the residents of Shri Chintpurni area have small pieces of land, on which it is difficult to build under the current building construction rules. He demanded before the Deputy Commissioner that special amendments should be made in the building construction rules keeping in mind the needs of the local residents and the geographical conditions of the area so that the local residents can get convenience.
The Deputy Commissioner listened to the objections and suggestions of all the objectors seriously and assured that necessary action will be taken on the suggestions and objections received regarding changes in the rules related to building construction. For this, a new resolution will be prepared and sent to the government for the planned development of Shri Chintapurni Special Area.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the administration is fully committed to the overall development of Shri Chintapurni area, and will move forward in this direction by adopting measures to improve the development plan. Apart from this, he directed the Member Secretary Special Area Development Authority Chintapurni and Assistant Town Planner Una to prepare special rules related to building construction.
On this occasion, SDM Amb Sachin Sharma, Member Secretary of Special Area Development Authority and Town Planner Pankaj Sharma, Temple Officer Ajay Singh along with various officers, objectors and local people were present.
