
7-day employability and skill training program concluded at Khalsa College, second batch training begins.
Garhshankar- On the instructions of the Directorate of Education at Babbar Akali Memorial Khalsa College Garhshankar, which is run under the management of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, the Career Guidance and Placement Cell of the college distributed certificates to the girl students involved in the training after the completion of the first batch of the 7-day employability and skill training program.

Under the leadership of College Principal Dr. Amandeep Hira, in collaboration with Mahindra & Mahindra Nandi Foundation, the training of the girls involved in the second batch was started after the completion of the first batch of training to encourage the college students in business and professional skill development.
During the training, the keynote speaker from Mahindra & Mahindra Nandi Foundation guided the students on important aspects of career development and made them aware about communication skills, interview techniques, personal statement preparation and workplace ethics.
Principal Dr. Amandeep Hira thanked the keynote speaker Vineet Mehta and encouraged the students to apply the knowledge gained during the training to move forward in their lives. He appreciated the efforts being made by Sukhminder Singh, Secretary Education and the Directorate of Education for the students and said that this program will be very beneficial for the growth of the students' careers.
Coordinator of Career Guidance and Placement Cell Dr. Gurpreet Singh, Dr. Mukesh Sharma, Prof. Kiranjot Kaur, Prof. Navdeep Singh, Dr. Preetinder Singh, Dr. Ajay Dutta and students from various departments were present on the occasion.
