
Three unknown persons shot a person returning from security guard duty at Nabha Thermal Plant Rajpura.
Rajpura 20 January- Incidents of firing are frequent in Punjab and now another case has come to light from Nalas village adjacent to Rajpura, where three unknown persons shot a security guard on the road leading from Nabha Thermal Plant to Nalas village at around 8.30 pm. Pargat Puri was returning home after completing his duty from Nabha Thermal Plant.
Rajpura 20 January- Incidents of firing are frequent in Punjab and now another case has come to light from Nalas village adjacent to Rajpura, where three unknown persons shot a security guard on the road leading from Nabha Thermal Plant to Nalas village at around 8.30 pm. Pargat Puri was returning home after completing his duty from Nabha Thermal Plant.
Pargat Puri was seriously injured in this incident and was admitted to a private hospital in Rajpura for treatment. Seeing his critical condition, he was referred to Chandigarh PGI. Where he is undergoing treatment and his life is now said to be out of danger.
After the incident, the police administration reached the spot and SHO Inspector Kripal Singh Mohi of Sadar police station said that he had received information that Pargat Puri, a resident of village Nalas, was shot by some people with a 12 bore gun late at night. Pargat has been admitted to Chandigarh's PGI hospital for treatment after suffering an injury to his hand.
He is out of danger and the police is investigating the case from all angles. The culprits will not be spared under any circumstances.
