Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, December 10, 2024: With the aim of relieving the common people from the difficulties faced during daily work in government offices, the government led by Chief Minister, Punjab S. Bhagwant Singh Mann is organizing camps at Basman on December 13 and at Hulka on December 31 in various villages/cities at the sub-division level under ‘AAP Di Sarkar Aap De Duar’, in which services will be provided by the concerned departments on the spot. The timings of these camps will be from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.
Giving this information, the camp's nodal officer and Mohali SDM Damandeep Kaur said that a camp will be held on December 13 at village Basman in Mohali sub-division and residents of Budhanpur, Basman, Jhajjon and Khilawar can submit their applications in this camp. People of villages Khanpur Bangar, Hulka and Nadiali can join the camp to be held on December 31 at village Hulka in Mohali sub-division by taking applications.
These camps include birth certificate, income certificate, residence certificate, certificates of scheduled and backward classes, old age, disabled and dependent pension, change of name in birth certificate, payment of electricity bills, verification of records related to the revenue department, registration of marriage, multiple copies of death certificate, rural area certificate, making of Fard, Shagun scheme application, land marking, NRI. I. Counter signature of certificates, counter signature of police clearance certificate, change in death certificate etc. services are being provided.
He also appealed to the people to take maximum advantage of the camps started by the government for the welfare of the people and get their work related to government offices completed. He also informed that helpline 1076 can also be contacted to get 43 services related to various departments.
