Hoshiarpur: MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa today formally inaugurated the work of tiles and sewage drainage in the streets of ward number 19. These works are being done at a cost of about Rs 29 lakh. He said that these projects will give a boost to the development of the constituency and will provide great relief to the local residents.

The MLA informed that this important work of sewage drainage will benefit the residents of ward numbers 18, 19 and 20. This will solve the problem of stagnant water and improve cleanliness. He assured the people of the constituency that no kind of deficiency will be allowed in the development works. MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa said that his government is giving priority to development works in every ward of the constituency.
He appealed to the public to monitor these projects and report any problem in a timely manner. On this occasion, Mayor Surinder Kumar, Senior Deputy Mayor Praveen Saini, Deputy Mayor Ranjit Chaudhary, Ward Councilor Inderjit Kaur and Jaswant Kala, Kush Sharda, Sudarshan Dhir besides other dignitaries were also present.
