The conference began with the lighting of the lamp, which symbolizes the importance of knowledge and innovation.

The conference began with the lighting of the lamp, which symbolizes the importance of knowledge and innovation.
The conference was attended by I.K. Dr. Sushil Mittal, Vice Chancellor, Gujral Punjab Technical University as the Chief Guest. He discussed the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and also said that these technologies are making the construction industry more advanced and eco-friendly. He emphasized on the development of new technologies in collaboration with industry and education.
Director-Principal of Engineering College Dr. Gurjit Singh welcomed all the guests and said that additive manufacturing and emerging materials play an important role in the industrial revolution and sustainable development. He said that the use of new technology will increase the production capacity of industries and reduce costs.
Campus Director Dr. Chandra Mohan highlighted the importance of additive manufacturing. He said that industries should improve production capacity and quality by adopting modern technologies.
On this occasion, Academic Dean of Punjab Technical University Dr. Vikas Chawla, Dr. Vijay Kumar Banga, Director-Quality Education, Rayat Bahra Group and Ajay Sharma, Associate Vice President, Quantum Papers Limited also shared their views.
Technical sessions were organized during the conference, where industry and academic experts presented their research papers and shared experiences. These sessions discussed additive manufacturing, new manufacturing techniques and sustainable materials.
Dr. Gaurav Parashar, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the organizer of the conference, said that such platforms help in bringing industry and academia closer and understanding new technologies. He thanked all the researchers, scholars and participants and declared the conference a success.
