To make the environment clean, green and beautiful, under the campaign of planting saplings on the birthday of Shri Guru Ramdas Sewa Society, Nawanshahr, shady and flowering saplings were planted on the divider near the vegetable market on the birthday of social worker Manoj Kanda.
 Society president Sardar Sukhwinder Singh Thandi congratulated Manoj Kanda on behalf of the society and said that the environment is getting polluted day by day. Due to which it is the duty of every person to contribute to the preservation of the environment. Manoj Kanda said that more and more trees need to be planted to keep the environment clean and green. Sukhwinder Singh Thandi, Amarjit Singh Khalsa, Manoj Manda, Kuldeep Singh, Sukhwinder Singh siyan, Jaskaran Singh, Vishal, Azad, Deepak etc. were present on this occasion.
