Banga, 5 February- Navjot Sahitya Sanstha and Dhaan Kaleran organized a literary reading competition. Employees and students of educational and medical institutions established under the leadership of Guru Nanak Mission Medical and Educational Trust participated enthusiastically in this competition. The winners of the speech, poetry and song categories of this competition were honored with mementos, certificates and cash prizes.
Among the first three place winners, Amneet Kaur (song) of Guru Nanak College of Nursing, Dr. Gurtej Singh (speech) of Guru Nanak Mission Hospital, Tarunpreet Kaur (poetry) of Guru Nanak Para Medical College Dhaan Kaleran were successful in securing first, second and third positions respectively. Along with this, certificates were also given to all the participants. Trust President Dr. Kulwinder Singh Dhaan and the organization's president Surjit Majari jointly distributed the prizes.
He congratulated the winners and motivated them to always keep the spirit of creative competition in life and develop their talent through the field of literature. The jury team in this competition included Dr. Juginder Kullewal, Madam Rajni Sharma, Madam Neeru Jassal. The stage was conducted well by the Secretary of the organization Rajinder Jassal. During the program, the founder of the organization Ghazalgo Gurdayal Roshan also shared his best wishes.
On this occasion, Trust Secretary Amarjit Singh Kalran, former President Malkiat Singh Bahrowal, Bibi Balwinder Kaur Kalsi, S. Jagjit Singh Sodhi, S. Darshan Singh Mahal, former President of the organization Satpal Sahlon, Des Raj Bali, Davinder Skohpuri, Hari Kishan Patwari, Raj Sohi, Davinder Begumpuri were also present. The efforts of Trust Office Superintendent Mahinderpal Singh and Program Coordinator Madam Jyoti Bhatia were also appreciated for the success of the program.
