Womens Cell organized sports competitions
Ratia, November 13:- Women's Cell of Khalsa Tri-Shatabdi Government Post Graduate College, Ratia today organized various sports competitions in the college campus under the chairmanship of Principal Dr. Sumitra Sangwan. The objective of this program was to promote mutual cooperation, enthusiasm, sportsmanship and harmony among the students. There was an atmosphere of joy and competition throughout the program.
In her address, Dr. Sumitra said that sports are an integral part of life. They not only strengthen physical health but also develop a sense of mental balance, concentration and discipline. Such events develop team spirit and leadership skills in the students, due to which they achieve success in every aspect of life. She congratulated all the participants and praised the women's cell for this initiative.
Women's Cell Coordinator Dr. Richa Beniwal said that the Women's Cell organizes creative and inspiring events from time to time which instill confidence and energy in the students. She further said that sports competitions not only instill a sense of competition among the students but also instill a sense of cooperation and respect for each other. The enthusiasm with which the students and staff participated in the event was inspiring.
Various sports competitions like three-legged race, spoon race, sack race, balloon race, relay race and tug of war were conducted in this sports competition. The participants participated enthusiastically in all the competitions and performed brilliantly.
All the faculty and students of the college were present throughout the event, actively participating in the games, which made the event a success. At the end of the program, the winners were felicitated and the participants were appreciated. All the staff and students were present on the occasion.
