Hansi:- A comprehensive public dialogue and awareness program was organized with the villagers in Kagser village, Narnaund, regarding the Viksit Bharat Guaranteed Employment and Livelihood Mission (Rural) scheme. BJP District General Secretary and District Coordinator of the Viksit Bharat Guarantee Yojana, Bijender Lohan, was the chief guest at the program. He was accompanied by BJP Narnaund Mandal President Karnpal Duhan.
A large number of farmers, laborers, women, youth, and elders participated in the program. The benefits, eligibility, and implementation of the scheme were discussed in detail with the villagers.
Addressing the gathering, Bijender Lohan said that the Viksit Bharat Guaranteed Employment and Livelihood Mission (Rural) scheme will prove to be a milestone for the villagers. He informed that earlier, there was a provision for 100 days of employment under MNREGA, while now, through this scheme, 125 days of guaranteed employment will be provided. Along with this, the aim is to increase the income of the villagers and strengthen self-reliance by including various developmental and livelihood-related works.
BJP Narnaund Mandal President Karnpal Duhan said that this scheme of the central government will bring lasting positive changes in the lives of the village, the poor, and the farmers, and the party is committed to ensuring that its benefits reach the last person in the queue.
The program was presided over by Angrejo Devi, the coordinator of the Viksit Bharat Guarantee Yojana in Kagser village. On this occasion, Rajendra, Ashok Kumar, Anil Goswami, and many other dignitaries, women, and villagers were present.
The objective of the program was to disseminate information about the government's welfare schemes to every citizen and to empower and make rural India self-reliant.
