Three TwoWheeler Theft Cases Solved Three Accused Arrested Three Stolen Motorcycles Recovered
Karnal, July 17:- As part of the campaign launched by the Karnal District Police to effectively curb vehicle theft incidents, the Anti-Auto Vehicle Theft Team and the Sector-13 Police Post team have successfully solved three cases of two-wheeler theft in separate operations. Three accused were arrested during these operations, and three stolen motorcycles were recovered from their possession.
In the first two cases, a team led by Inspector Surendra Kumar (In-charge, Anti-Auto Vehicle Theft Team) and headed by Assistant Sub-Inspector Dalip Singh arrested two accused. In the third case, a team led by Sub-Inspector Jaswinder Kaur (In-charge, Sector-13 Police Post, under Civil Lines Police Station) arrested another accused.
The arrested accused have been identified as Arpandeep (son of Harpal Singh, resident of Khalsa Colony near Gurudwara, Munak, District Karnal), Aman (son of Pramod, resident of Gali No. 3, Mangal Colony, Karnal, under Police Station Sector-32/33), and Satish Kumar (son of Balbir Singh, resident of Ward No. 6 near DAV School, Nilokheri, District Karnal).
During interrogation, the accused confessed to committing the motorcycle thefts. Based on the information provided by them, three stolen motorcycles were recovered and seized in accordance with legal procedures.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the accused committed these thefts to earn quick money, fund their drug addictions, and satisfy their personal desires.
Both teams produced the three accused before the honorable court, from where they were sent to District Jail, Karnal, in judicial custody.
