There should be no delay in resolving peoples problems SDM Surendra Singh
Ratia, November 10- A resolution camp was organized in the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat on Monday under the chairmanship of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Surendra Singh to ensure prompt resolution of citizens' problems. Two complaints were received at the camp: one regarding income corrections in applicant Guddi Devi's family ID and the other regarding correction of incorrectly entered data in Sukhjeet Kaur's family ID.
The concerned officer was directed to take immediate action. SDM Surendra Singh urged all officers to ensure that the complaints received at the resolution camp are resolved on a priority basis. He emphasized that there should be no delay in resolving people's problems. The primary objective of organizing the resolution camp is to ensure prompt resolution of public issues.
As per the state government's directives, the resolution camp is being organized at the sub-divisional level on Mondays and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. On this occasion, DSP Narsingh, Municipal Secretary Subham, Tehsil Welfare Officer Kanwal Singh, Health Inspector Rajesh Syokand, Baldev Singh, Gulshan Kumar, Amit Kumar, Jitendra and officers from various departments were present.
