Sukhbir Badal reaches Samana under Punjab Bachao Abhiyan Support for making a law against sacrilege of religious scriptures

Samana:- Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal has demanded a strict law against the sacrilege of religious scriptures and has also announced that the Shiromani Akali Dal will continue to fight for this. Apart from this, he also made serious allegations against the Aam Aadmi Party and said that he can guarantee that if the sacrileges are investigated, the Aam Aadmi Party will be behind them.
Sukhbir Singh Badal had reached Samana under 'Punjab Bachao Abhiyan'. On this occasion, he mentioned the ongoing protest in Samana demanding a strict law against the sacrilege of religious scriptures. He said that everyone wants a law to be made against sacrileges. He said that during the Akali Dal government in 2016 itself, a bill for life imprisonment in sacrilege cases was passed and sent through the Vidhan Sabha, but the Centre did nothing about it. He said that those who commit such heinous acts have no right to live in the world. He said that the Shiromani Akali Dal will continue to fight this fight.
The Akali Dal president said that the Aam Aadmi Party came to Punjab in 2014 and sacrileges started in 2015. He said that they want to rule by making people fight among themselves. Sukhbir said that he can say with a guarantee that if any sacrilege case is investigated, the Aam Aadmi Party will be behind all of them.
He said that in Malerkotla, AAP's MLA from Delhi Naresh Yadav was convicted in the sacrilege case. Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema and Education Minister Harjot Bains kept advocating for Naresh Yadav to save him and the AAP government made every possible effort to save him, but finally the court found him guilty.
