Strict action by CIA3 Karnal Police Two accused involved in theft case arrested

Karnal, September 05:- Karnal District Police is continuously taking strict action to effectively curb theft and property-related crimes. In line with this, the team of Inspector Ajay Sagwan, Incharge of Detective Unit CIA-3 Karnal, under Assistant Sub-Inspector Rajesh Kumar, successfully arrested two accused involved in a theft incident.
Sharing details, the investigating officer informed that based on the complaint, the CIA-3 Karnal team acted on a case registered at Civil Line Police Station and arrested the accused, Akhilesh alias Kalu, son of Shankar, resident of Moulvi Purwa, PS Khiro, District Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh), currently tenant at Buddhi Mata Temple Street No. 2, Jundla Gate, Karnal; and Arjun alias Ghanti, son of Netrapal, resident of PS Kunjpura, currently at Punjabi Dhaba, Gheed Road, Kunjpura, District Karnal.
After finding sufficient evidence against the accused, the police team arrested both suspects late in the evening from Sector-12, Nirmal Kutiya, Karnal, following due procedure. Information regarding their arrest was conveyed to their families as per rules.
During the investigation, a stolen generator battery was recovered based on the disclosure and identification by the accused. Both accused were presented before the honorable court today, from where they were sent to judicial custody.
Karnal District Police clarified that the drive against criminals involved in theft, robbery, snatching, and other property offences will continue relentlessly in the future.
