SDM directs officials to ensure timely and effective resolution of complaints

Ratia, September 7:- SDM Surendra Singh heard the grievances of citizens at the Samadhan Camp organized at the Mini Secretariat on Monday. Complaints and applications related to various departments were received at the camp, following which the SDM directed the officials of the concerned departments to ensure their timely and effective resolution on a priority basis.
SDM Surendra Singh said that the main objective of the Samadhan Camp is to provide quick resolution to the problems of the general public and save people from making unnecessary visits to government offices. He directed the officials to take every complaint received at the camp seriously, get it examined and ensure its early resolution as per the rules.
SDM Surendra Singh said that in cases where coordination with another department is required, the concerned officials should ensure action through mutual coordination. At the same time, the complainant should also be provided information regarding the action taken on their complaint.
