Satish Khola and DC Rahul Narwal Hear Citizens Grievances at Redressal Camp

Hansi:- Satish Khola, State Coordinator of the Parivar Pehchan Patra Authority, listened to citizens' grievances at a redressal camp held at the District Secretariat complex on Thursday. Deputy Commissioner Rahul Narwal was also present at the camp. Several complaints regarding the 'Parivar Pehchan Patra' were resolved on the spot, while instructions were issued to the concerned officials to take prompt action on a priority basis for other matters.
Satish Khola directed officials to treat the grievances of every citizen visiting the camp seriously and ensure their resolution within the stipulated timeframe. He informed that 6,740 Gram Sabhas would be organized across the state from September 1 to October 2. During these meetings, income details recorded in the 'Parivar Pehchan Patra' will be verified, facilitating citizens in availing benefits from various government schemes such as old-age pensions, ration cards, and BPL cards.
Deputy Commissioner Rahul Narwal instructed officials not to limit themselves to merely recording complaints but to take a personal interest in ensuring their resolution. He directed that complaints capable of immediate resolution be settled on the spot, and that cases requiring departmental action be processed according to rules without unnecessary delay.

### On-the-spot resolution of several complaints
A complaint regarding the verification of annual income in the 'Parivar Pehchan Patra' filed by Sonu, a resident of Rampur village, was resolved on the spot. Ashok Kumar, a resident of Hansi, raised a complaint regarding the supply of contaminated water in Durga Colony; the Public Health Department was directed to visit the site, investigate, and take necessary action.
Khushi Ram, a resident of Gagankhedi, complained about the inconvenience caused by a ramp constructed in the street. Officials were directed to inspect the site and take action in accordance with the rules. Instructions were issued to the Food and Supplies Department regarding the opening of an additional ration depot in Prem Nagar.
An inquiry and report were ordered regarding a complaint about an unrecognized school operating in Jamawadi village. Regarding the old-age pension application of Prem Rani (a resident of Hansi), instructions were given to expedite the process if eligibility criteria were met. Instructions were issued to the Haryana State Transport Department to immediately resolve the bus pass-related issues faced by students of the women's college.
Satish Khola emphasized the need for accurate and timely verification of information recorded in the 'Parivar Pehchan Patra' (Family Identity Card) to ensure that no eligible person is deprived of the benefits of government schemes. He urged officials to ensure that citizens are not forced to make unnecessary rounds of government offices.
Following the grievance redressal camp, the State Coordinator inspected the Sports Office. Officials from various departments—including ADC and DMC Lakshit Sarin, SDM Rajesh Khoth, Naib Tehsildar Suresh Kumar, BDPO Raj Singh, and TM Vikas Yadav—as well as BJP District President Ashok Saini, District General Secretary Dharmbir Rateria, and other office-bearers were present on the occasion.
