Registration and Verification Deadline Extended for Contract Employees in Haryana

Chandigarh, September 7:- The Haryana Government has decided to extend the deadlines for various stages of the registration and verification process of eligible contract employees under the Haryana Contract Employees (Service Security) Act, 2024 and Rules, 2025.
In this regard, a letter has been issued by Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Rastogi.
Eligible contract employees can now complete their registration on the web portal till September 30, 2026. After registration, the applications will be verified by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) by October 15, 2026. Thereafter, the heads of the concerned departments will complete the verification of applications received from the DDO by October 31, 2026.
The objective of extending the deadlines is to provide eligible contract employees with sufficient opportunity to complete their registration and to enable the concerned authorities to complete the verification process in a smooth and systematic manner.
The government has directed all eligible contract employees to complete their registration within the prescribed deadline. The concerned DDOs and heads of departments have also been instructed to ensure timely verification and strictly adhere to the revised deadlines.
