MLA Vinod Bhayana Inaugurates Newly Constructed Veterinary Hospital Building in Depal Village
Hansi: On Sunday, MLA Vinod Bhayana inaugurated the newly constructed Government Veterinary Hospital building in Depal village and launched the construction work for a development project worth ?18 lakh in Maman Pura village, under the 'Mukhyamantri Khet Khaliyan Yojana' (Chief Minister's Farm-to-Field Scheme).
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Vinod Bhayana stated that animal husbandry plays a crucial role in the rural economy, and providing better healthcare facilities to farmers and livestock owners is a top priority for the government. He noted that the establishment of a modern, well-equipped veterinary hospital in Depal village would significantly benefit livestock owners in the surrounding areas, sparing them the need to travel long distances to seek treatment for their animals.
The MLA mentioned that the construction of this building was undertaken under the NABARD scheme.
Approximately ?27 lakh has been invested in this development project. The building features amenities such as a dispensary, an OPD room, a doctor's chamber, a laboratory, a waiting hall, and restrooms—facilities designed to make veterinary services even more effective.
MLA Vinod Bhayana asserted that the current government is undertaking historic initiatives for the upliftment of villages, farmers, and livestock owners. He highlighted that continuous development works are being carried out across the Hansi Assembly constituency to strengthen infrastructure in key sectors such as roads, education, healthcare, drinking water, and irrigation.
He further remarked that animal husbandry is no longer merely a subsidiary occupation; it has evolved into a vital means of ensuring the economic stability of rural families. The government is providing livestock owners with modern amenities, superior medical services, and awareness programs to safeguard livestock health and boost milk production. He concluded by stating that this new veterinary hospital in Depal would prove to be a significant stride toward rural development.
*Work Begins on ?18 Lakh Development Project in Maman Pura Village:*
On Sunday, MLA Vinod Bhayana also launched the project to pave the unpaved farm tracks in Maman Pura village, under the 'Mukhyamantri Khet Khaliyan Yojana.' This development project is estimated to cost approximately ?18 lakh. The MLA noted that paving these tracks would significantly facilitate easier movement and access to the fields. *Inspection of the 'Jal Ghar' (Water Center) in Maman Pura Village*
MLA Vinod Bhayana listened to the grievances of the residents in the villages of Depal and Maman Pura. After inaugurating and laying the foundation stones for various development projects in both villages, the MLA stayed for a considerable time; he listened attentively and seriously to every single issue raised by the citizens, assuring them that each problem would be resolved on a priority basis. Taking immediate cognizance of the drinking water issues raised by the villagers of Maman Pura, he conducted an on-site inspection of the 'Jal Ghar' (water center). The villagers had reported a problem regarding the supply of contaminated water. During his inspection tour of the water center, the MLA personally tested the water in both storage tanks. He issued directives to officials from the Public Health Department to drain one of the tanks and ensure that its floor was repaired; furthermore, he instructed them to inspect the filter media and ensure it was restored to proper working order.
