Laddhar Clan Ancestral Fair on 26th
Nawanshahr- At the sacred site of the Laddhar clan ancestors located on the road from Aur to Mallabedian, the managing committee, with the support of all Laddhar families and NRI devotees, is organizing the annual fair on October 26 in memory of their elders. Sharing details after a meeting held regarding the preparations, the committee president Ram Lubhaya, along with other organizers, stated that various religious rituals will be performed on this day, followed by a langar (community kitchen) serving tea and pakoras.
The stage program will then commence, featuring a religious performance by the renowned singer Rani Armaan, along with other artists. He further mentioned that notable personalities related to the Laddhar families, including S.R. Laddhar, Retired Principal Secretary of Punjab, Malkit Singh Dakha, former Punjab Minister, and leaders from various political and religious organizations, will attend the event as special guests.
He added that Guru ka Langar (free community meal) will be served throughout the day without interruption, and generous donor families will be specially honored.
During the meeting, besides committee president Ram Lubhaya, other attendees included Ajit Singh Bika (Cashier), Dr. Balihar Singh Ladoa (Vice President), Dr. Manjit Laddhar and Sattpal Singh (Secretary), Rakesh Karnana, Harbans Lal, Rani Kaur, Prem Lal, Kuldeep Singh, Raj Kumar Kittna, Karamjit Singh, Harbans Lal, Bibi Harmesh Kaur, Gagandeep, and Karan Kumar, along with several other organizers and volunteers.
