Khedan Watan Punjab Dian will start from 7th September block level games

Ferozepur 25th August:- Khedan Watan Punjab Dian-2026 will start in the district from 7th September, under which block level games will be started in the district from 7th September and district level games will be held from 21st September. This information was given by Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development) Shri Krishna Pal Rajput during a meeting with officers of different departments.
During the meeting, he informed that in Ferozepur district, games of Block Ferozepur and Block Mamdot will be held from 7th to 9th September, games of Block Guruharsai and Block Zira will be held from 10th to 12th September, games of Block Ghall Khurd and Block Makhu will be held from 14th to 16th September and after this district level games will be held from 21st September to 26th September 2026. 
He also informed that the Torch related to Khedan Watan Punjab Dian will reach District Ferozepur from District Tarn Taran on 30th August and on its arrival here, it will be received with grand welcome and on 31st August this torch will be dispatched for Fazilka district.
During this, he also instructed the officers of all departments to complete the arrangements related to their respective departments like cleanliness of playgrounds, water, medical teams, security etc. on time. He also appealed to the players of the district to participate in these games enthusiastically and said that for any kind of information in this regard, office of District Sports Officer Ferozepur can be contacted. On this occasion, apart from District Sports Officer S. Gurdeep Singh, officers of different departments were present.
