Khalsa College Ratias Gurpreet and Simran Shine in MA English University Results
Ratia, April 24:- Students of the M.A. English (First Semester) program at Khalsa Tercentenary Government Post Graduate College, Ratia, have set a new benchmark with their outstanding performance in the university results. College students Gurpreet Kaur and Simran brought laurels to the institution by securing the third and ninth positions, respectively, at the university level. Furthermore, numerous other students also demonstrated their talent and diligence by passing the examination with a First Division.
Expressing her delight over this magnificent achievement, the college Principal, Dr. Sumitra Sangwan, stated that these results are not merely a testament to the students' hard work, but also a proof of the entire teaching staff's commitment and dedication. She emphasized that quality education, regular guidance, and a disciplined environment within the college serve as the very foundation for such excellent results.
Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Ajit Kumar remarked that securing a rank at the university level in a subject like M.A. English is an extremely challenging feat. He noted that the success of Gurpreet and Simran is the direct result of their consistent diligence in studies, profound understanding of the subject, and unwavering determination. He also urged other students to draw inspiration from this remarkable achievement.
Prof. Pradeep Singh expressed his happiness regarding the students' success, stating that this achievement is the outcome of effective teamwork. He explained that the department organizes regular discussions, seminars, and writing exercises to help students develop a deep understanding of the subject, thereby fostering a continuous enhancement of their academic capabilities.
Meanwhile, Prof. Kirti Sachdeva observed that Gurpreet and Simran attained this milestone not only through sheer hard work but also through discipline and effective time management. She added that this success would serve as a source of inspiration for future batches of students, encouraging them as well to set high goals for themselves. Mr. Jasvir, the instructor at the college's English Language Laboratory, also congratulated the students, stating that any goal can be achieved through continuous practice, a positive attitude, and the guidance of teachers.
The successful student, Gurpreet Kaur, attributed her success to her teachers, parents, and consistent study, remarking that every goal is attainable through hard work and self-confidence.
