GRP Police Station Firozpur Railway Station Conducts Search Operation

Firozpur, September 11:- Under the directions of the Special DGP, GRP Punjab, Patiala, and the Zonal DSP, GRP Firozpur, a passenger awareness and search operation was conducted today, September 11, 2026, at Firozpur Railway Station in view of the safety and security of railway passengers. During the operation, detailed checking was carried out at the platforms, trains, waiting area, motorcycle parking area, entry and exit gates, as well as of suspicious persons and luggage. 
During the checking, no suspicious person or suspicious object was found. During the operation, travelling passengers were informed that if they come across any suspicious person, suspicious object, unattended luggage or any other such item, they should immediately inform the GRP or RPF at the nearest railway station.
