Karnal, August 14:- The prestigious Investiture Ceremony for the NDA Wing (Classes 11 and 12) was held at Karnal International School in a dignified and disciplined atmosphere. During the event, students were entrusted with significant roles involving leadership, responsibility, and discipline.
Major General (Dr.) Devendra Kumar (VSM) attended the program as the Chief Guest, while Colonel P.S. Bindra was present as the Guest of Honour. The school's Chairman, Colonel Arun Datta; the Managing Director of Genesis Classes, Mr. Jitendra Ahlawat; and the School Director, Mr. Prakash Joshi, extended a warm welcome to the guests.
The ceremony commenced with a formal welcome. Demonstrating discipline and precision, cadets from the NDA Wing escorted the Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour to the venue, the Dr. Satish Dhawan Auditorium. The students welcomed the guests with thunderous applause upon their arrival.
The program was conducted by NDA Wing cadets Dhruv and Rituraj (Class 11). Both cadets presented an overview of the guests' lives, achievements, and contributions to the nation.
The highlight of the ceremony was the investiture of selected NDA Wing cadets with various positions and ranks. The Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour conferred ranks upon the following cadets—

The responsibilities entrusted to the newly appointed cadets symbolized their leadership skills, sense of duty, and discipline. On this occasion, the cadets pledged to discharge their duties with utmost sincerity and dedication.
In his inspiring address, the Chief Guest, Major General (Dr.) Devendra Kumar (VSM), encouraged the students to make discipline, dedication, and integrity the foundation of their lives. He emphasized that consistent hard work, firm determination, and a positive mindset are essential for achieving success. He urged the students to remain ever-ready to serve the nation and to accord the highest priority to their duties towards the country.
The ceremony also showcased the school's commitment to fostering leadership qualities, character building, a sense of responsibility, and the values ??of patriotism among the students.
At the conclusion of the event, Cadet Mayank Singh Raghav and Cadet Devansh Deswal of the Class XI NDA Wing delivered the vote of thanks. The school management expressed gratitude to the chief guest and the guest of honor for their guidance and inspiring presence.
Subsequently, a group photograph was taken with the guests and the newly appointed cadets. The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem; during the anthem, the entire atmosphere was imbued with a spirit of patriotism.
