Patiala:- Under the efficient guidance of Janhit Samiti (Registered) Patiala's President Shri S. K. Gautam and General Secretary Shri Vinod Kumar Sharma, the free sewing and embroidery training center being run in Gurbax Colony, Patiala was specially visited by the Samiti's founding member Anil Kumar Bharti and new member Japleen Kaur. The girls of this center run by the Samiti told that the teacher didi of this Janhit sewing and embroidery training center teaches all the work of sewing, embroidery etc. very well. Several women trainees said that earlier their daughters and daughters-in-law had learned sewing work from this center. After that, they only inspired them to come to the center and learn sewing and embroidery, and that is why these mothers have started the work of learning sewing. Most of the girls told that now they have become so trained in sewing work that they not only stitch their own clothes but are also saving a lot by stitching the clothes of their family members themselves.
Many women have even started bearing their household expenses themselves by stitching clothes for others.
The new member of the Samiti, Japleen Kaur, inspected the suits very well stitched by the girls of the center and while expressing her happiness, also inspired them to learn sewing and embroidery works with even more dedication. All the girls and women of the sewing and embroidery training center also thanked Janhit Samiti (Registered) Patiala from the bottom of their hearts, due to the opening of this center by whom a revolutionary change has been seen in their lives.
The founding member of the Samiti, Anil Kumar Bharti, told that behind opening sewing-embroidery training centers, computer centers, and beautician training centers in the city by Janhit Samiti, it was the thinking of the Samiti's founder Shri Omprakash Kaushish that girls must always be taught some skill or art so that they can run their household well with the help of their professional skill in every good or bad time of life.
It is also worth mentioning here that after passing the examination of the trainees who complete their course in the sewing and embroidery training centers being run in Patiala by Janhit Samiti (Registered) Patiala, the successful girls and women are presented with sewing machines as gifts along with certificates so that after completing their course, they can stand on their own feet by doing sewing and embroidery work.
