Hoshiarpur:- As per the directions of Civil Surgeon Hoshiarpur Dr Balbir Kumar, Deputy Medical Commissioner Dr Swati Shimar visited Community Health Centre Haryana and CHC Bhunga. On this occasion, Assistant Hospital Administrator (AHA) Dr Shipra was also present.
Dr Swati Shimar, with the assistance of Senior Medical Officer of CHC Haryana and CHC Bhunga, took a detailed review of various services being provided to the patients at the health centre. During this, she inspected OPD services, emergency, laboratory, radiology department, operation theatre, pharmacy, dispensary and vaccination department.
She also got information about the health facilities being provided to the patients under Ayushman Bharat-Sihat Bima Yojana. Dr. Shemar also inspected the hospital records, availability of medicines, facilities available to patients and cleanliness.
On this occasion, he directly interacted with the patients and sought their suggestions and satisfaction. He motivated the staff to further improve the quality of health services and maintain a friendly attitude towards the patients.
