Hoshiarpur:- To take stock of the health facilities, Civil Surgeon Dr. Balbir Kumar visited CHC Harta Badla today and discussed the health services being run in the CHC with Senior Medical Officer Dr. Manpreet Singh Bains. On this occasion, the Civil Surgeon said that the patients coming to the hospital should not face any kind of problem and maximum people should be benefited from the health facilities being run by the government.
He asked the SMO to ensure the availability of essential medicines for the patients. The Civil Surgeon checked the attendance of all the staff present on duty and instructed them to be punctual, perform their duties with complete honesty and loyalty and adopt a cooperative and respectful attitude towards the patients.
He asked the SMO to hold meetings with the field staff from time to time and make the people aware about the health facilities being run by the department. He said that if there is a shortage of staff, then the staff from the nearby area should be taken to cover the concerned area. On this occasion, Dr. Bharti Medical Officer, BEE Amandeep Singh, Pharmacy Officer Bhupinder Singh, Staff Nurse Gurpreet Kaur and Navdeep Singh (MPHW) were present.
