Capitalism Destroying Human Values Rationalist State Leader Rajinder Bhadaur

Patiala, September 6:- An important meeting of the Patiala unit of the Rationalist Society Punjab was held today at Bang Media Complex. The state organizational head of the Society, Mr. Rajinder Bhadaur, attended the meeting as the chief speaker. Advocate Rajiv Lohtbaddi, Advocate Balwant Singh, Bhagwan Singh, Bhupinder Singh, zonal leader Bibi Kulwant Kaur, Sneh Lata and Gurtej Singh Ghanor specially participated in the well-attended meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Rajinder Bhadaur said that in the present era, while capitalism is showing its dreadful form, human values are declining. Instead of supporting the people, the present governments appear to be patronizing the wealthy and powerful, while new technology is destroying employment opportunities in every field. Its adverse impact is clearly visible on the younger generation.
On the occasion, he also said that progressive and conscious people should provide proper leadership to the general public to protect them from the impact of the times, so that people
assess the value of their own lives
and become united through struggle and rationalism to come out of this destructive phase. He said that instead of wasting money on unnecessary rituals and customs, there is a need for people, especially the youth, to read constructive and rational literature, and future generations should be protected from the harmful effects of the media. The meeting was also addressed by Mr. Ram Kumar, while fellow activist Manpreet Singh presented a folk song in a melodious rendition. On this occasion, zonal media leader Ram Singh Bang, Jagan Singh, Gurbachan Singh, Gulzar Singh, Chand Singh, Paramjit Singh, Surjit Singh, Harjinder Singh, Manoj Ghai, Manpreet Singh, Rajinder Singh and others were present.
