Una, March 14 (Paigam-E-Jagat):- Rajiv Sharma, District Controller of Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs, informed the public that there is an adequate stock of domestic gas cylinders available in the district, and there is absolutely no shortage of any kind. He noted that reports circulating on social media indicate that large crowds of consumers are gathering at certain gas agencies for the purpose of booking cylinders.
He appealed to all gas consumers not to pay heed to any rumors and to refrain from creating a panic situation by gathering in unnecessary crowds. The gas supply remains completely smooth, and gas cylinders are being made available to all consumers in a timely manner.
He stated that, instead of visiting gas agencies in person, consumers can book gas cylinders from the comfort of their homes using mobile phones, WhatsApp, SMS services, mobile applications, or online portals. Each gas agency has provided specific contact numbers for this purpose, allowing consumers to book cylinders easily simply by making a phone call.
He urged all consumers to book their gas cylinders in a peaceful and orderly manner to ensure that everyone receives their gas supply on time and without any inconvenience.
Additionally, contact numbers for the various gas agencies operating within the district have been released, enabling consumers to book their gas cylinders from home.
