Accused arrested for burglary stolen inverterbattery and gas cylinder recovered

Karnal, August 25: The Karnal District Police is taking continuous, strict, and effective action to curb theft and property-related crimes. As part of this effort, a team from the Assandh Police Station has solved a burglary case that occurred at a house in village Ardana and arrested the accused. The police team recovered the stolen inverter-battery and a gas cylinder from the accused's possession.
The arrested accused has been identified as Rohit Kumar, son of Satpal, a resident of village Ardana, district Karnal.
Providing details about the case, the Investigating Officer, Head Constable Manoj Kumar, stated that the burglary took place on August 8, 2026, at a house in village Ardana. The accused entered the premises by jumping over the boundary wall, stole an inverter-battery and a gas cylinder, and fled the scene.
Based on the complaint, a case was registered at the Assandh Police Station under the relevant sections. Acting swiftly, the police team arrested the accused, Rohit Kumar, based on reliable evidence and the investigation. The stolen items were recovered from him.
The arrested accused was produced before the honorable court today and subsequently remanded to judicial custody. The Karnal District Police continues to take effective action against those involved in theft and property-related crimes.
