A martyrdom ceremony dedicated to the martyrdom of the four Sahibzades and Mata Gujri was held in village Ramgarh Jhungian

Garhshankar, December 29:- Today, a martyrdom ceremony dedicated to the martyrdom of the four Sahibzades and Mata Gujri was organized by the village youth association in village Ramgarh Jhungian. In which, eminent Sikh thinker and Dhadi Master Jasvir Singh Bhattal Ji gave detailed information about the creation of the Khalsa Panth by Dashmesh Pita Guru Gobind Singh Ji and the abandonment of the Anandpur Sahib fort and said that there is no other example of martyrdom like the martyrdom of the younger and older Sahibzades in the history of the world.
Guru Gobind Singh Ji and the Singhs were surrounded by the hill kings in Anandpur Sahib. The Mughals pleaded to leave the fort that they would not be harmed in any way. But after leaving the fort, the hill kings and Mughal soldiers treacherously attacked Guru Sahib and the Singhs near the Sarsa river.
Due to which the family of Guru Gobind Singh Ji had to be separated and the elder Sahibzade Baba Ajit Singh and Jujhar Singh along with 40 Singhs were martyred in the battle of Chamkaur. Similarly, the younger Sahibzade Baba Zorawar Singh and Baba Fateh Singh were arrested by Wajid Khan due to the greed of Mata Gujri Ji Gangu Rasoya. The younger Sahibzade were given various types of lures and threats, but the Sahibzade remained steadfast in their beliefs. After Wajid Khan tried to kill the Sahibzade by hanging them in the walls and foundations, they were martyred.
At this time, young leaders Jaswinder Singh, Baldev Singh Bittu, Lakhbir Singh Lakhi, Dr. Manjit Singh, Harjinder Singh Rinku, Manohar Singh, Sunil Kumar Sheela, Lali, Sahil, Inderjit Singh, Dheeraj Kumar, Haridev, Bhupinder Singh Bhinda, Baljit Singh Balli Sodhi Ram, Bakshi Ram, Jaspal Rai, Prem Lal, Narinder Kaur, Jatinder Kaur, Mahinder Kaur, Paramjit Kaur, Baksho Rani, Amarjit Kaur etc. were present. At the end of the event, Master Mukesh Kumar thanked the speaker and all the congregation participating in the event.
