Hoshiarpur- Under the directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, a blood donation camp was organized at Civil Hospital Hoshiarpur today on the occasion of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh's birth anniversary by the Youth Services Board and various youth clubs. MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa, who attended the event as the chief guest, appreciated the enthusiasm of the youth and said that the ideals of Shaheed Bhagat Singh continue to inspire the society.
He said that blood donation is a great donation, with which many precious lives can be saved. He motivated the youth to donate blood not only on different days, but also regularly.
MLA Jimpa said that the Punjab government is constantly striving to strengthen health services and such camps also strengthen health facilities. Thanking the organizers and blood donors, he said that this spirit of the youth presents the real picture of social service.
