Hoshiarpur- The 35th two-day annual Jod Mela was organised with great devotion and love at the court of Peer Baba Rehmat Shah Ji in village Patti of district Hoshiarpur under the leadership of chief sevadar Baba Ratan Singh with the cooperation of all the devotees.
Giving information in this regard, Baba Ratan Singh Dhanota told in the presence of all the devotees that on this occasion, on the first day, the main artists and Qawwals praised Baba Ji and the lamps were lit at 4 pm. Qawwalis were presented from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Nakalan was presented by Girdhari Lal and his party till 8 pm and similarly on the second day at 10/15 am, the ritual of offering chadar was performed and the devotees were entertained during the entire programme. Langar continued continuously and a Chhabil of cold sweet water was set up.
