Fatehgarh Sahib - For some time now, anti-Sikh elements have been uploading blasphemous videos targeting the Sikh Gurus and Sri Harmandir Sahib (Sri Darbar Sahib) on various social media platforms using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, which has shaken the entire Sikh world and deeply hurt religious sentiments.

Mr. Jagdeep Singh Cheema, Additional Secretary of the Governing Body of Mata Gujri College Sri Fatehgarh Sahib, expressed his concern and said that the misuse of AI technology is a very serious matter, because through it, some mischievous people are deeply hurting the sentiments of Sikhs, while at the same time creating an atmosphere of conflict within the communities, therefore, it is very important to stop such a phenomenon as soon as possible.
In this regard, Mr. Sukhminder Singh, Secretary, Directorate of Education, SGPC Sri Amritsar Sahib, has appealed to the government to take such cases seriously and take immediate action against the bad elements and take strictest action so that such incidents can be avoided in future. He emphasized that all kinds of sites that hurt religious harmony should be banned.
Dr Kashmir Singh, Director Principal, Mata Gujri College, said that no one should be allowed to hurt religious sentiments as such incidents destroy the atmosphere of harmony in the society. He stressed that the legal framework should be strengthened to regulate technologies like AI so that religious and cultural heritage can be preserved and sacrileges can be prevented.
