Garhshankar, September 28 - A large group of teachers left from Hoshiarpur district to join the protest being held in Dirba on September 28, under the call of the Punjab Pay Scale Restoration Joint Front Punjab, demanding restoration of Punjab Pay Scale and the court's decision.
While informing the press while leaving, the state leaders of the Punjab Pay Scale Restoration Joint Front Punjab, Sandeep Singh Gill, Balkar Singh Maghania, Madam Anju Sehgal, Kulbir Singh, Samudra Singh Gupta, Mukesh Kumar said that before the 2022 elections, the leaders of the AAP party used to come to the rallies of our unemployed and support all kinds of demands and issues of the employees, but after the formation of the government, they have forgotten all the demands.
He said that the biggest demand of the employees is the Punjab pay scale. When the Aam Aadmi Party government was not formed, then the party leaders, including Harpal Cheema and Aman Arora, were saying that the Punjab scale is the fundamental right of the employees.
But now that they are in power, the government has lost even after going to the Supreme Court against the decision given in favor of the employees. The government is running away from implementing the court's decision and fixing the salary, due to which all the teachers of Punjab announced that on September 28, the government will be exposed by holding a massive protest in the constituency of Finance Minister Harpal Cheema, Dirba.
