Mahilpur, August 25- A drama and song-music festival dedicated to the 100th death anniversary of Bibi Gulab Kaur ji is being organized on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at 11 am at Baba Harnam Singh Tundilat Senior Secondary School in village Kotla Naudh Singh, the birthplace of the great Gadri Baba Harnam Singh Tundilat, Baba Amar Singh and Baba Shiv Singh ji and the birthplace of Bibi Gulab Kaur ji who made her valuable contribution to the independence of the country.
Giving information in this regard, Bhupinder Singh and Talwinder Singh Heer Nangal players said that on this occasion the play 'Tu Charkha Ghukda Rakh Zinde' by playwright Professor Ajmer Aulakh will be presented. Director Azmeet Kaur presented the Lok Kala Manch Mansa. Along with this, there will also be folk songs and music. He said that Desh Bhagat Yadgar Hall Committee Jalandhar and the people's organization of the area will cooperate in this event.
Special arrangements will be made for seating of women and children. Gadri Bibi Gulab Kaur Centenary Memorial Committee, all the city residents and the associates of Kotla Naudh Singh have invited the area residents and patriotic friends to join this event.
