Haryana Government's instructions to the concerned officers.

Chandigarh, June 18 - The Haryana Government has directed all Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Chief Administrators and Managing Directors of Boards and Corporations, Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners to ensure timely resolution of complaints related to civil services under the provisions of the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014.

Chandigarh, June 18 - The Haryana Government has directed all Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Chief Administrators and Managing Directors of Boards and Corporations, Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners to ensure timely resolution of complaints related to civil services under the provisions of the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014.
The instructions issued by Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Rastogi said that it is necessary to resolve the complaints filed by the citizens by all the First Grievance Redressal Authorities and Second Grievance Redressal Authorities within the time limit prescribed in the Act.
It has also been said that the First Grievance Redressal Authority and the Second Grievance Redressal Authority should prepare and keep a list of pending complaints with them every Monday and try to resolve them on priority basis throughout the week. This process will speed up the speed of grievance redressal and ensure timely services are provided to citizens.
