
Vijay Tiranga Yatra organised, people from all sections of society participated
SAS Nagar, May 26- A Vijay Tiranga Yatra was organised in Mohali today to pay tribute to the retaliatory action taken by the Indian Army on terrorist hideouts in Pakistan after the terrorist attack in Poonch, in which people from all sections of the society participated.

The Yatra, which started from Rattan College in Sector 78, was attended by representatives of various religions, castes and social groups, including Sarpanchs, Nambardars, Municipal Councillors, social organisations, Kashmiri students and residents, as well as leaders of various political parties.
BJP leader Sunder Lal Agarwal said that the Yatra is not just a rally but a tribute to the martyrs and a united voice against terrorism. Shiromani Akali Dal area in-charge Parwinder Singh Sohana said that the brief but strategic step taken by the Government of India and the Army in response to the terrorist attack is a matter of pride for every countryman.
Councillor Harjinder Kaur Baidwan, former councillor Ashok Jha, Muslim leader Anwar Hussain, BJP media in-charge Hardev Singh Ubha and BJP leader Sulinder Anand also addressed the gathering and remembered the sacrifices of the soldiers and praised the soldiers who protect the country.
Participants in the yatra were Pradeep Singh Bharaj, Manjit Singh Mann, Balwinder Singh Lakhanour, Advocate Gagandeep Singh Sohana, Aman Poonia, Balwinder Singh Motemajra, Happy Saneta, Harinder Singh Sukhgarh, Captain Ramandeep Singh Bawa, Kuldeep Singh, Satinder Singh Maujpur, Harjeet Singh Sekhon, Jeeti Bharatpur, Ravinder Kumar Bairampur, Jaswant Singh Raipur, Taran Dhaliwal, Malkit Singh Sarpanch Daun, Jatinderpal Singh G.P., and youth leader Gurjant Singh Baidwan.
