SAS Nagar, May 19- Police Society residential society located in Phase 8, Mohali is facing acute water shortage for the last six days.
Residents of the society said that they have not received even a drop of water for the last six days. Being police personnel, they are being exploited as they cannot stage any kind of dharna or protest.
Residents of the police society said that water from their line is being given to a private mall in Phase 8, Mohali, due to which water supply has been stopped in their society for the last six days.
Residents are managing by arranging private tankers, but the tanker operators are arbitrarily charging Rs 400 to Rs 800.
