Una, May 14- Talented para badminton player Dishaant Chaudhary, resident of Pratap Nagar, Amb, met DC Jatin Lal in a special meeting at the Deputy Commissioner's office and sought his guidance. During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner presented a badminton kit to Dishaant and wished him a bright future and hoped that he will hoist the country's flag on the international stage in the coming times.
The Deputy Commissioner said that despite financial challenges, Dishaant has maintained his indomitable dedication and passion for his game at the state and national level, which is inspirational for other youth. In view of his commitment and passion for the game, he has been provided a badminton kit through the Red Cross Society.
Let us tell you, Dishaant Chaudhary has made the name of Una and Himachal Pradesh shine by becoming the state champion three times in badminton as well as runner-up at the national level twice. During this, District Red Cross Society Secretary Sanjay Sankhyan was also present.
