
Deputy Chief Minister enquired about the well-being of the brave sons of Haroli injured in 'Operation Sindoor'.
Una, May 13- Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri on Tuesday met the families of two brave soldiers of Haroli assembly constituency, BSF Sub Inspector Vyas Dev of Bathu village and Sikh Regiment soldier Gurnam Singh alias 'Romi' of Chhetra village, who were injured during Operation Sindoor, and enquired about their well-being. Currently, both the brave soldiers are undergoing treatment at Army Hospital Jammu.

Reaching the house of Sub Inspector Vyas Dev, who was seriously injured in the drone attack, the Deputy Chief Minister met his wife Paramjit Kaur and saluted his courage on behalf of the entire state. He said that Vyas Dev has made an unprecedented contribution in the defense of the country by displaying unparalleled valor and bravery. Despite losing one leg in the attack, his courage makes the entire nation proud.
After this, the Deputy Chief Minister reached Chetra village and met the family members of the injured soldier Gurnam Singh of the Sikh Regiment, his father Joginder Singh, mother Jagmohan Kaur and wife Gurpreet Kaur and enquired about Gurnam Singh's health. He said that the dedication of heroes like Gurnam Singh is the real strength of the country, which the state will always salute.
The Deputy Chief Minister prayed to God for the speedy recovery of both the soldiers and expressed commitment to provide all possible help on behalf of the state government.
During this time, senior Congress leaders Ranjeet Rana, Ashok Thakur, Pramod Kumar, Satish Bittu, Vinod Bittu, Pawan Thakur and Bathu Gram Panchayat Pradhan Surekha Rana, among others, were also present.
