Una-  The state level Haroli Utsav-2025, organized from 27 to 29 April at Kangra Ground in Haroli, has awakened a unique spirit of social consciousness, public participation and cultural harmony. The widespread participation of the public turned this event into a mass movement. After a gap of 7 years, this event, organized with state-level pomp and show with the efforts of Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, worked to awaken the wave of patriotism and the spirit of de-addiction.
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla inaugurated this festival with a grand procession on 27 April. This three-day event became a powerful medium to make the society aware with the message of "Nasha Mukt Himachal".
The festival started with a procession, in which the message of "Nasha ko Na, Zindagi ko Haan" was given. The participation of students, self-help groups and cultural groups in this procession gave a new direction to public awareness. The atmosphere adorned with patriotic songs took the festival to emotional heights.

The festival was drenched in global colors*
At the same time, this festival was also drenched in global colors. Cultural representatives from more than 10 countries including Japan, Britain, Brazil, Russia participated in it and gave it a global color.
They mesmerized the audience with traditional presentations of their respective countries. Modern presentations like fire dance, Ukrainian drum band, light man and robot man also added innovation to the traditional stage.
At the same time, a wonderful confluence of Himachali, Punjabi and international colors was seen in all three cultural evenings. By dedicating the second evening completely to Himachali artists, the Deputy Chief Minister realized his commitment to give a platform to regional talents.

*Attraction of development exhibition*
Various departments organized development exhibitions in Kangra and informed about the schemes and achievements of the government. Products prepared by self-help groups increased awareness towards health and nutrition. The initiative of promoting traditional grains by the Agriculture Department was also highly appreciated.

*Colors of various cultural events along with sports competitions*
Competitions like Matka breaking, Mehndi, Musical Chair, Rangoli Baby Show, Tug of War, Dog Show organized in Haroli Utsav ensured wide participation of Panchayati Raj Institutions, Mahila Mandals, employees of Government departments, children and youth. All the educational institutions and colleges of the area also participated in the festival through cultural presentations.
At the same time, with the idea of ????attacking drug addiction by promoting sports, Kabaddi competition for men and women categories, marathon for children and youth were organized. Events like traditional Chhinj also became the center of attraction.

The festival concluded on 29 April on the peak of joy and enthusiasm. In the closing ceremony, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri congratulated all the organizers for this successful event. He expressed gratitude to all the people of Haroli for making the festival successful by participating in it enthusiastically.
He said that this is a festival of public sentiments. There is a wave of patriotism in it. While inaugurating it, the Governor has given a great message of social awareness. A great awareness about drug prevention has been created from here. This festival will be organised next year with even more grandeur and a new look.
