Man and Nature Foundation planted trees dedicated to the martyrs

Hoshiarpur- Around 150 saplings of mango, peepal, pilak, tun, kachnar, gulr and harad etc. were planted in Model Town Hoshiarpur near Bhangi Cho under the leadership of Man and Nature Foundation President Mrs. Manjit Kaur and Vice President Mr. Surinder Pal.

In today's plantation drive, the students of IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Hoshiarpur Campus made a special contribution through the NSS camp organized under the leadership of Professor Dr. Kulwinder Singh Parmar, Dr. Brijesh Bekariya, Mr. Rajinder Kumar, Mr. Puneet Kumar and Mrs. Kushwinder Kaur.
These saplings were planted according to the markings of Forest Department employee Peepal Singh. Manjit Kaur asked the students to be aware of the environment and also appealed to the women of the country to come forward to protect the environment. On this occasion, the college staff specially honored Manjit Kaur.
On this occasion, Foundation members Sandeep Kumar, Surinder Pal, Manjit Singh, Teju Ram, Surjit Singh, Som Pal, Kimat Lal, Alka Sharma, Jarnail Singh, Deepak Sharma, Rajandeep Singh Sohal etc were present.
