Garhshankar, January 25- Manpreet Kaur, a ninth class student of Government High School Simbli, won gold medal in the 13th All India Karate Championship held in Kapurthala yesterday and brought laurels to the school and district across the country.
Giving information in this regard, school in-charge Mrs. Indrajit Kaur said that she had participated in the National Karate Championship held in Kapurthala under the training and guidance of Karate coach Ram Kumar and secured first position by winning gold medal in the final. Student Manpreet Kaur has brought laurels to her parents, school and district by winning gold medal.
