SAS Nagar, December 04, 2024: Punjab National Bank, SLBC Punjab and LDM Mohali organized an awareness seminar and social security schemes enrollment camp at village Ranimajra block Majri of district Mohali. DGMS SLBC Punjab RK Meena was the chief guest in this seminar.
LDM Mohali Mr. MK Bhardwaj in his welcome speech made the villagers aware about Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana. He also made the people aware about how they can avoid becoming victims of cybercrime.
Meena also emphasized on the role of banks in the economic development of the state of Punjab. He also appealed to all the villagers to take advantage of all government sponsored schemes as per the requirement. Meena also told the common people about the importance of timely repayment of bank loan funds to maintain a good CIBIL score.
Branch Head PNB Ranimajra, Ritu registered 50 customers for two social security schemes on the spot. Village Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Secretary and other important personalities were also present during the camp. At the end of the program, Branch Head Ritu gave vote of thanks.
