Garhshankar 04 December- The structure of the Municipal Act, Solid Waste Management Act 2000 has been built by looking at the environment, people's health and natural laws so that every work can be done according to the rules and the lives of the people remain away from all these dirty symptoms and all this has been decided according to the guidelines of the Constitution.
 Labor Party President Jai Gopal Dhiman strongly condemned the adverse effects of the unconstitutional fireworks being released in Hoshiarpur city due to lack of cleanliness on the health of the people and the environment and said that on one side, the Chief Minister of Punjab was inaugurating in front of the Rahimpur vegetable market and on the other side, a garbage heap was on fire behind the Matti Market. 
Behind the market is a beautiful view. Along with which, children going to Guru Gobind Singh Nagar, Kirti Nagar and school can be seen from the road and they smell bad and pass through the garbage scattered on the road every day. Surprisingly, the entire city's fruit and vegetable market and the fish market and the FCI's warehouse and the office of the top officials of the Punjab Pollution Control Department are also located on that side. 
Food Safety Officers and Municipal Corporation officers and city officers in the city visit there every day. They pass by and the crematorium on that side is also located there. Dhiman said that the solid waste management rules are very good and they are for implementation and not for writing on papers. 
He said that according to the rules 2000, not even a dry leaf can be burned. But due to the kindness of the municipal corporation officials, even piles of plastic are burned here. From which cancer-causing chemical particles can be seen playing with the health of the people. He said that even in many places, people protest to stop the spread of HIV, but they never hold a flag march against the filth spread in the city nor are they stopping the burning of garbage.
 If a farmer sets fire in the fields, there is a commotion, but when the city people are given the opportunity to smoke, then the (AAP) government keeps quiet. He said that the city is full of former ministers, former leaders and those who run the government on the basis of gossip and lies. The real reason for the decline in air quality in the city is the fires that are being set on garbage dumps everywhere. 
Due to this, many dangerous diseases are spreading in people's homes. Different types of flies and mosquitoes are flourishing in the city. It seems as if these present leaders have taken a contract to rear flies and mosquitoes. The situation is even worse in Rahimpur where along with dust and dirt, flies can also be seen flying around. The filth that the municipal corporation officials are spreading is so destructive and powerful that it is increasing the number of patients in hospitals. 
Has Hoshyarpur become plastic-free, has Hoshyarpur become beautiful, if only we could see more beauty. If so, one can visit Sundar Nagar and see it. He appealed to the city residents to rise above politics, build unity and start a movement against the Municipal Corporation.
