Today, while the performances of solo plays on the stage of Guru Teg Bahadur Hall moved the audience, the unique color of folk songs and folk orchestra performances on the stage of Kala Bhavan made the audience jump in joy.

Presiding over the main session of the second day, Registrar Dr. Sanjeev Puri in his address said that the youth fairs of Punjabi University are known for their quality. He said that continuous steps are being taken to improve the management and organization of fairs. He said that the formation of the Youth Welfare Executive Committee is the only step taken in this direction to run the works of the Youth Welfare Department in a better and smooth manner. 
Famous actor Dr. attended as the chief guest. Sunita Dhir invited the students to stay connected with the youth fairs and said that these fairs contribute a lot in finding and enhancing the talent within them. He said that this forum of the university has produced international level personalities in the field of art.
Director of Youth Welfare Department Prof. Varinder Kumar Kaushik said that teams from 69 colleges in different 31 art forms are participating in the inter-regional youth fair. He said that on the second day, solo, mimicry, folk-song, folk-orchestra, classical music (rhythm), classical music (vocal), rangoli, clay modelling, on-the-spot painting, photography, poster making, cartooning, collage making, Installation and henna competitions were conducted. He said that the third day of the fair will reach its climax with bhangra and other interesting performances.
